Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) and A5 (2017) cases are already up for sale in Europe

Samsung appears to be wasting no time when it comes to its refreshed “A” lineup of handsets. They were officially announced only two days ago, followed by a speedy price reveal the same day and UK pre-orders the day after.
Now we are seeing some case options for the new handsets as well. Both Galaxy A3 (2017) and Galaxy A5 (2017) are water and dust resistant, but they could still use some shock protection.
Choice for the A3 (2017) currently seems to be limited to a standard Clear case for the back and Samsung"s new line of Neon Flip Wallet Covers. These look quite classy, thanks to their accents around the outside rim. The A5 (2017) has the Clear View and S View options as well. Prices for the original accessories range from EUR 18 to EUR 53.

Samsung Galaxy S8 reportedly already being tested in China

Samsung knows it needs a winner with the Galaxy S8 and the chit-chat among people in the know is that the company will extend its usual testing procedure. Apparently, the early tests are already underway in China, involving both variants of the S8.
While the testing is conducted in China, the international version of the phone is being tested too – the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus are running software versions G950FXXU0APLH and G955FXXU0APLH respectively. The Chine-bound variants are G9500ZCU0APLF and G9550ZCU0APLF.
Now, whether the second, bigger S8 model will be called “edge” or “Plus” is debatable – rumors suggest both variants will be curved (hence “Plus” instead of “edge”). There’s even talk of an S Pen, so that stylus users won’t have to wait until late 2017 for the next Note.
Thanks for sending this in, Geek!
