© LOC The Local Organising Committee (LOC) announced the general ticket sales phase on 2 January 2017 after venue package sales terminated on the last day of 2016.
Tickets prices are set from 7,000 to 50,000 KRW, considering the match phase and seat level. The subdivided reasonable prices are expected to attract many football fans. Especially, tickets for every group stage matches, two round of 16 matches in Incheon and the final and Match for third place matches allows visitors to enjoy two consecutive matches in the venue on the same day.
From 2-14 January, there is an exclusive sales period of FIFA"s partner VISA, in which the tickets are only purchasable with a VISA card. Amazon Inc. reported it had the best holiday season yet. The retailer said it shipped more than 1 billion items including its Prime and Fulfillment services. Earlier we told you about a record number of orders for Alexa devices that got the smart speaker out of stock until mid-January. In a message to media Amazon stated that speakers sold nine times faster than during the 2015 holiday season.
Since no one expected such interest to speakers, most retailers decided not to risk with overstocking and apparently they failed in their prediction. Hopefully supply will catch up early into 2017.

Xiaomi"s Q3 sales hit 2 million milestone in India - an YoY growth of over 150%

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi managed to sell over 2 million devices in India in Q3 this year, which translates into an year-on-year growth of more than 150%. This was revealed by the company"s India head Manu Kumar Jain in a tweet.
